Process

I. Inquire

We’ll kick off our project with an hour long Brand Discovery call where I get to know you, your goals, your clients, and we’ll decide on scope and timeline. A week later, I’ll present a Creative Brief that includes a competitive audit, strategy for how to best speak to your audience, and your verbal identity.

II. Draft

Once we’re on the same page, we’ll start on the words. I’ll draft in alignment with your verbal identity and present it for feedback. I love to talk through the drafts in person or over video, but will deliver them for your review before our meeting.

III. Annotate

I’ll take your feedback and finalize the drafts. We’ll meet once again to check the final copy against your verbal identity and make any last-minute tweaks. Most projects include one round of revisions to get your messaging just right.

IV. Catalogue

Congrats— your words are ready! If you are collaborating with a developer or designer, I’ll send your words their way as well. At the end of your project, I’ll deliver verbal identity guidelines so you can replicate your brand voice for years and years to come.
